Presidio opens at Estrella as its second residents club. Located adjacent to Westar Elementary School and central to the neighborhoods of Montecito, this DAHLIN designed 18,500-square-foot facility, includes a morning café, which doubles as a beer/wine bar later in the day, a teaching/demonstration kitchen, and a fitness facility.
The clubhouse also boasts a large outdoor living space with a 650-square-foot patio, with misters, for the hot desert summer climate. Family-friendly and socially engaging, the outdoor space has everything from a fireplace to kid's splash pad, shade structures, barbecues, event lawn, and a pool building with covered loggia and outdoor shower and restrooms.
