In partnership with Affirmed Housing and PATH (People Assisting the Homeless) Ventures, Villas on the Park has created a regional model for Silicon Valley cities focused on permanent local housing for local homeless. The project has been awarded Best Affordable Development (up to 100 units) in NAHB's Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards program for its resident need-driven design, providing affordable housing and supportive services with a combination of permanent and interim housing units. Entitlement approval was backed by vocal project advocates, strong community support, and zero opposition at city council.
