Educational Session 2: How to Read Drawings to Improve Project Management
How well do you understand the technical drawings from your architects, engineers, and other consultants? When you read drawings well, they provide information that will improve project management and outcomes.
Learn how to understand the information conveyed in technical drawings, and know what questions to ask consultants based on their drawings to get the results you want and ensure important elements are not missed. Our session will offer tips on how to use technical drawings to make informed assessments of contractor requests for additional money during construction, and how to accurately articulate and advocate your position.
