We're delighted to share that Bridge of Hope, our project with Bay Area Rescue Mission, has received unanimous approval and high praise from City of Richmond, CA - Local Government's Planning Commission on a great design! Within our session, "Transforming Land Banks Into Housing Solutions," we will share our efforts, challenges and successes in transforming land banks into potential new housing solutions. Discussions will cover policy, outreach, and design, providing a holistic view of the process and outcomes. The audience will learn from our successful and unsuccessful examples, including successes that may be replicated in other areas.
