Tenant improvements to the new 20,000-square-foot space feature expansive views of downtown Oakland, the estuary and San Francisco. Designed as a working showroom for the company's multiple lighting fixture products, new spaces include the lobby/reception area, conference rooms, private and open offices, a training room, kitchen/cafe, restrooms, shipping/receiving, and a private gym.
The project is designed for LEED certification with sustainable design considerations and features including workspace planning that maximizes natural daylighting and exterior views to integrated daylight and lighting controls that maximize use of natural light, high efficiency HVAC units to control interior comfort, and touchless washroom fixtures for water conservation.
