To enhance the patient and staff experience, rebranding and wayfinding of the Mercy Medical Building included renovations from the parking garage entry to the spaces throughout the seven-story medical office building. Finish upgrades of 10,600 square feet of interior public space were completed in addition to 6,700 square feet of site improvements involving a new entry plaza, new entry trellis, and an ADA upgrade of 400 feet of off-site public facilities for the full length of the property.
