As the central hub of entertainment, Club Liberty assembles thematic community buildings of a former ranch, renovated into a one-of-a-kind club. In a contemporary farmhouse architectural style, the club is comprised of two main buildings: the Ranch House (clubhouse) and the Events Barn (event building). The Ranch House is the community’s central gathering space and includes a café, several multipurpose spaces, and a large covered patio with fire pits. The Events Barn provides a secondary area for large-scale events, as well as an art studio and business lounge. In combination with supporting buildings including a fitness center, pool building and gardening shed, the club’s buildings are strategically positioned to protect the residents from prevailing winds and organize amenities including a central great lawn, resort-style pool and spa, community garden with small orchard, labyrinth, and bocce ball courts.
