DAHLIN provided tenant improvements and space planning for the non-profit affordable housing development company. Anchoring the urban infill site with a corner entrance to the building, the 12,000-square-foot ground floor office space wraps the block to maximize the daylight and exterior views for all employees, the critical organizing design element for the new office. Spaces include the reception area, conference rooms, private and open offices, file storage, mail and copy room, employee kitchen, restrooms, and an employee shower. Two floors of senior living apartments sit above the offices, with a mid-building courtyard and overlooking deck to separate the privacy between residential units and the management office.
