The five-story, affordable apartment community supports a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, with ground floor retail space and a 2,600-square-foot daycare center with its own exterior play area. Vehicular access is provided around the perimeter of the building with tuck-under parking along three sides at the ground floor.
The U-shaped building is designed around a courtyard, creating an outdoor amenity solely for the community residents that also connects to the more public functions along the Mission Boulevard frontage. In addition to the courtyard’s play area, residents can walk down the block to a new park being constructed as a part of the City’s new development project.
