Project completed by Rodriguez Park Architecture and Planning
Designed to meet OSHPD 3 outpatient clinic requirements, this Design-Build, 9,000-square-foot tenant improvement in a medical office building provided a new Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Center and Human Leukocyte Antigen Laboratory. Full design services including schematic design, design development and final documents for agency submission and construction were prepared. Rodriguez Park worked with the City of San Diego Development Services to obtain project approval and with the team's Design-Build partner to obtain the building permit.
