Alora consists of four three-story residential buildings totaling 100 apartments of affordable housing, and replaces 40 existing, outdated apartment homes. The new affordable housing community also incorporates a community building that supports management offices and overlooks a community pool with an exterior barbecue area. Several tot lots are located throughout the community as well as bike parking and vehicular carport parking with rooftop photovoltaic solar panels.
