40 new apartments blend seamlessly in architecture and share the existing pool and common facilities of the apartment community. Solar photovoltaic and hot water panels have been installed above the carport roof structures to serve common facilities. The project introduces a second covered tot lot park, community garden, laundry facilities, and a computer room. Residential services offer computer skills training and after school programs onsite.
